Revenue operations and HubSpot services for B2B teams

I provide fractional revenue operations leadership and HubSpot implementation for B2B companies, from early stage startups through enterprise. The work is operational rather than advisory. I build inside your CRM, document what I build, and hand it over.

Engagements fall into four shapes. Some clients need ongoing embedded leadership, someone senior owning the systems and the definitions on a recurring schedule. Others need a specific build, usually a HubSpot instance that reflects how they actually sell instead of how the default setup assumed they would. A third group needs a diagnosis first, a written assessment of what's broken and the order to fix it in. And some need reporting they can defend, where two people reading the same dashboard reach the same conclusion.

All four start from the same principle. Tools don't fix revenue problems. Agreed definitions enforced by the system do.

I bill at $110 per hour. Retainers are set by hours per month, and fixed scope work is quoted up front against a defined deliverable.

How I can help

Fractional RevOps

Embedded revenue operations leadership on a defined schedule. I own the systems, the definitions, and the reporting so your team can sell. Best for companies with revenue complexity but no RevOps headcount.

Typical shape: ongoing monthly retainer

HubSpot implementation

Building or rebuilding your instance so it reflects how you actually sell. Objects, pipelines, lifecycle stages, routing, and automation, documented as it ships. Includes team training and handover.

Typical shape: fixed scope project

RevOps audit

A fixed scope diagnostic of your funnel, data model, and reporting. You get a written assessment of what's broken, what it's costing you, and a prioritised remediation plan you can execute with or without me.

Typical shape: two to three week engagement

Reporting and attribution

Metrics you can defend in a board meeting. Cohort based conversion reporting, campaign attribution, and dashboards built so the numbers agree with each other.

Typical shape: project or ongoing

Where I add the most value

Good fit

  • B2B companies already on HubSpot, or moving to it
  • Revenue between $2M and $100M
  • Sales and marketing that disagree about what counts as a qualified lead
  • Leadership that has stopped trusting the funnel reporting
  • Teams that need senior judgment but not a full time RevOps salary

Not a good fit

  • Pure B2C ecommerce
  • Companies wanting execution capacity rather than operating decisions
  • Anyone looking for a strategy deck with no build attached

Being direct about the second list saves us both a discovery call.

Not sure which one you need?

Most people aren't, and that's fine. Tell me what's going on and I'll tell you which of these it actually is, or whether it's something else entirely.
